We want you to shop with confidence at KMGEMJewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition
- be returned in the original packaging
- include proof of purchase or order number
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- personalized or custom-made items
- gift cards
- final sale or clearance items
- items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@kmgemjewelry.com as soon as possible.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- a short description of the issue
After review, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item arrived damaged
- the item is defective
Original shipping charges and additional service fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@kmgemjewelry.com before sending anything back.
Please note that personalized items, final sale items, and used items are not eligible for exchange.
